Dear Friends of MEM, 

            Greetings, grace and peace to each of you!  Winter Bible Studies for 2007 have come to a close and we are in the midst of a great revival season.  Indeed, some have actually had revival!  Among those who experience a measure of revival there is often some evangelism as well, a fruit of revival.  But a soul being saved doesn’t happen automatically…there must be the sowing of the Gospel seed.

 

            The recovery of backslidden believers is also a clear sign of revival, and we praise God for the convicting work of His Holy Spirit.  Some faithful workers in the church have been lost over the years.  In some cases, there hasn’t been the slightest attempt to bring them to repentance and restoration.  If we will “turn from our wicked ways,” indeed He will hear, forgive and heal! 

 

            A couple of weeks ago we experienced revival among two churches in South Carolina who opted to conduct a community revival.  It was a good experience for everyone and will, hopefully, strengthen the Christian community at large in the area of Bethune, SC for years to come.

 

            We are at North Henderson Baptist Church once again this week, and God has been working in every service.  We covet your prayers as we preach each night.  Pray for my physical strength and spiritual insight.  Pray for fruit!

 

            Response to our Message of the Month Club (MOTM) has been encouraging, and NOW would be a good time for you to join.  Beginning this month, members will receive the recordings of our Winter Bible Study at FBC Homosassa, FL on The Epistles of John.  Club members will also receive fill-in-the-blank notes each month and will eventually have 49 pages of notes on The Epistles of John for their future reference.  Further information on how to join the Message of the Month Club can be found below.

SUMMER BIBLE STUDY 2007

          The 2007 Summer Bible Study (SBS) will be on The Epistle of Jude.  There is no New Testament book better suited for study in this age in which we live.  This Bible Study will be conducted in our usual format, utilizing a Power Point presentation along with fill-in-the-blank student notes.  We will set aside four to six weeks in June and July for this special emphasis.  Contact us early to reserve the week of your preference.  roycewilliams@coastalnet.com

           The Message of the Month resumes in January 2007.  For a gift of $10 a month, those who enroll in the MOTM Club will receive a revival message, plus an update on MEM’s ministry over the previous 30 days (available on either CD or cassette tape).  This is YOUR opportunity to invest in the on-going ministry of Missions Evangelism Ministries, and also, to build your personal sermon library.  

          You’ll receive the mail-out after the first of the month, along with a response card for your convenience in sending in your gift.  Any amount given over and above $10 will be credited to you as a tax-deductible contribution.  You will receive a financial statement to that effect at the end of the calendar year.
