Woodland Trade Company is a Boeing certified tooling shop located in Tacoma, Washington. Our facility is housed in a 12,000 sq. ft. building (bldg. 1) and 4,000 sq ft. in building 2. Our wood and metal fabrication shop is set up to make models, patterns, jigs, and fixtures. Computerized manufacturing equipment includes: A Catia CAD station, three Surfcam CAD/CAM programming stations and VeriSurf  inspection software. Our fiberglass shop consists of an environmentally controlled room for pre-preg fiberglass lay-ups and a separate room for wet system lay-ups. We have our own curing oven, grinding and spray booth. We have 7 CNC Machines. Also available is an open area on the floor for projects that require a space for master models to be set up. We not only make tooling directly for the Boeing Company, but we also do work for Hexcel Corp., Northrop Grumman, Aim Aviation, Hexcel Interiors, Heath Tecna, Nordlund Boats, Atlas Foundry and other local Aerospace companies. We have been in business since 1987. Our toolmakers, programmers, patternmakers and fiberglass laminators have been in the trade from 5 to 30 years. We have gained a reputation in the industry for our on-time deliveries and quality tools.
