Polo Shirts
On behalf of Patrols QLD we have on offer embroidered Polo Shirts for sale. Thanks to a generous contribution by RACQ we are available to offer every Staff Patrol a polo shirt free (See below).

The shirts have been custom made in RACQ colours from patented ‘Cool Dry’ technology, which is yarn treated for permanent cool dry effect; with UV protection; Anti-bacteria protection; deodorised treatment. Quick dry & breathable. |

HOW TO ORDER
Shirt Sizes
All shirts are equivalent to the Patrol shirts issued by RACQ, use this as your guide when ordering i.e. OS = Large, XOS = XL, etc.
Everyone
You can order shirts on a first in first served basis, you should contact Simon below to ensure he has your size, you will be notified by email if your order is successful, you will then be required to pay for the shirt.
Pockets
Some people have requested pockets. If you want one there is an extra cost @ $4.00 per shirt. The pocket will be on the right breast, please email Simon to see if this can be done for you.
Payment
All money is to be paid to:

ACC No: 199251
For Internet transfers, pay into the account above, leave your Name & Patrol number as a reference.
For bank deposits at any Westpac Bank complete a deposit slip and pay into the Patrols account above. Make sure you email or contact Simon with the branch and date that you paid. This info is critical for us to reconcile who has paid. Keep you deposit slip receipt as proof of payment.
Delivery & Postage
For Brisbane & Gold Coast Patrols - Your shirts will be hand delivered or posted.
For all other orders, if they cannot be hand delivered your order will be sent via Australia Post.
Returns
If for some reason the shirt does not fit, please contact Simon McClelland 0407 124453 ASAP to organise replacements. You have two weeks from the initial issue to do this. If we have run out of your size you will receive a refund.

Metal Badges
As part of the continuing celebrations of 80 years of RACQ Patrols in 2005/06, The Patrols Fund has obtained some limited edition Metal Badges (120 only) for purchase by Patrols (current, retired or resigned) and interested parties.
The badges are chrome plated metal, 90mm wide by 73mm high

HOW TO ORDER
All orders with payment must be received before the item is delivered. Complete the order form and/or details below and email them to Simon. Deposit the money into the Patrols account, then email Simon with your deposit details.
Remember this is a strictly limited offer!
