Roof Inspection
Points of Inspection:
<> Eaves
<> Valleys
<> Walls
<> Skylights / Sun Tunnels
<> Chimneys
<> Plumbing Ventilation Stacks
<> Exhaust Fans, bathroom / kitchen fans etc.
<> Roof Ventilation Unit, ridge vent, louver vents, etc.
<> Roofing System Quality
<> Gutters, including down spouts.
<> Examin Attic / Crawl space interiorly, to look for issues that are sometimes not visible
exteriorly from roof top such as Mold, Insects, Structual Issues, etc.
Each point of inspection will receive a grading of,
Poor <> signs of severe deteriation or faulty installment.
Fair <> no severe deteriation / improper installment issues detected.
Good <> materials are newer and appeared to have been installed properly.
We will put all our findings in writing.
Our report will include any maintenance / repairs recommendations.
