We charge $150.00 to replace as many as 25 shingles, refasten as many as 25 shingles and check the entire roof area for other issue's such as damage to flashings, ventilation, etc.
Any additional problems found by our workers will be put in writing and presented to you for approval
before we do the added work at a cost of $45.00 per hour 'labor' plus the cost of materials.
Normally any roof that receives more damage than shown above is an indication of poor installment or material failure and will require much more work than simply replacing or refastening the shingles.

There have been numerous studies done on residential asphalt/fiberglas shingles over the past few decades.
These studies have shown the average 30 year shingle will fail (atleast in part) in less than fifteen '15' years.
The most common reasons for this pre-mature failure:
<> Poor installment - workmanship issues.
<> Improper roofing ventilation.
<> Lack of routine maintenance after installed.
There's seldom anything you can do to correct poor workmanship, but you can maintain such issues
with a regular scheduled preventative maintenace program.
Roofing ventilation situations are correctable and normally at only hundreds of dollars, not thousands.
