Frequently Asked Questions
Q. I have a flat area in my backyard, but not sure if it is large enough for your pool. What size flat area is required.
A. Our pool is 30' X 36' and this is the mininum flat area required. Note*** 1.) Serious damage can occur to the pool if errected onto ground that has rocks, tree limbs etc. 2.) Pool will not function properly if errected onto uneven surface. It must have flat area to accomodate the water required for proper operation of balls. 3.) It is dangerous to attempt to errect pool into an uneven surface due to the possibility of water and balls cascading over the edge of the pool.
Q. I do not have have a flat area for your pool, or a in-ground pool of my own. How can I conduct a Water Walker Party?
A. You have a few options. You may schedule the party with the Quality Inn, Choo-Choo Aqautic Center, YMCA, (or other Youth Organizations), or have us deliver our pool to any other approved location.
Q. Can we have the party at the lake, or one of the rivers nearby?
A. Yes, but must utilize approved life-line which is tied securely to the balls. We have approved many of the lakes, rivers and streams for this use regionally.
Q. How hot does it get inside the balls?
A. The balls remain at approx the same as the outside ambient temps due to limited time between fresh air refill and the material insulation properties. The balls may also have small amount of fresh water added to increase the comfort of the ride.
Q. What if we would like to use the balls, but do not wish to get wet?
A. You may use one of our air-tight zipper balls on the water, or have any of our ball styles delivered to use upon a well maintained lawn surface. Chidren love just bouncing and bumping in the balls!
Q. I live in Alabama, how far will you deliver for a party?
A. We will host your party as long as you are no further than 65 miles from Cleveland Tennessee. Please fill-out questionaire for quotation.
Q. What are the weight restrictions?
A. 250 lbs for Zipper Balls and 200 lbs for "Through-Hole Globe Balls
Q. How long can you stay in the air-tight zipper ball?
A. Typically one has enough fresh air to last 35-45 minutes, but we limit to 10-15 mins per session.
Q. What is the cost?

Q. When will the Water Park be open?
A. April 23rd, 2011 and We are currently booking Birthday parties and special events!
Q. I'm ready to book my party, how do I pay you the deposit required?
A. If time permits, you may mail the deposit, but keep in mind...It is a first come, first serve. If anxious to lock-in the scheduled date / time, we would be glad to accept your deposit over the phone via credit card. You may wish to meet with us personally, but you must fill-out questionaire to lock-in your date / time!
Q. What if it rains-out the event after I have paid my deposit?
A. We will make every attempt to accomodate your rain date schedule. See-> local weather
Q. Once I pay my deposit for booking the party, may I cancel and receive a refund.
A. No refunds. We have lost the opportunity for booking other parties on the date of your booking, so we are sorry, but we cannot accept lost revenue. Rain dates are available upon request if lightning poses a threat the day of the party.
Q. I lost my coupon book to receive a discount, what should I do?
A. You may contact us and we will advise as how to obtain a coupon or voucher.
Q. Do you offer the sell of the pool and these huge balls?
A. Yes, We have attractive pricing for individual users, or Dealers wishing to resell the same high quality balls that we ourself utilize. You must first pass our strict accreditation to become an Authorized Dealer and/or Franchise Operator. Credit application is required.
Q. How do I know this is not just another fly-by-night operation?
A. We are an Accredited and Licensed recreational facility / service provider that has been thoroughly screened by the Festivals & Events Association, IMF and Homeland Security. Each and every staff member must undergo and pass rigorous testing prior to being a certified instructor or Water Walker Party operator.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS IN REGARD TO BOOKING WATER WALKER PARTY
Prior to Booking, Client must check and is responsible for providing the following :
- Flat pad to accommodate the 30' X 36' above ground pool
- Water pressure to accomodate 3-5 hour fill time
- Electrical outlet with 110V GFI connection
