Specialising in breeding quality Miniature horses and Part Bred Arabians.

The recently established stud (est 2001) is striving to breed quality horses suitable for the performance arena. Whether it be for halter, dressage, showjumping, eventing, and pleasure; our horses are bred for type, conformation, temperament and movement. Our mares are selected for all of the above mentioned qualities. The mares are then matched to stallions of exceptionally quality to produce the best possible offspring suitable for the competition arena – whatever your choice.

Silhouette is situated on 88 acres near the Lake Wivenhoe catchment area in Moombra Queensland (between Fernvale and Esk).
 
We are currently turning the old cattle property into a magnificant horse stud.
 
What has always been a dream has become a reality with the purchasing of four suberb miniature horses and three equally superb larger mares.  Click on the Broodmares link to see the Mares of Silhouette. Silhouettes first crop of foals in Winter/Spring 2003 produced two stunning colts with fantastic temperaments, conformation and movement - combined with incredible looks and type!  Both have been retained by the stud to be used as future herd sires and show horses.  Check them out on the "Foals and Shows" Button.

We have three foals due to this sensational stallion this season, last season we were blessed with the arrival of "Silhouette Tzar" by Sun King.
