Austin is a nicely balanced, well muscled dog with a very nice rear, nice front and solid topline with shoulder blades well layed back. Austin has good reach and drive and is clean coming and going. In conformation, this boy can fly around the ring!
Austin's favorite thing of all is working sheep. That happy content look on Austin's face when he's done working truly says it all!
Our immediate plans for Austin are to trial him at local stockdog events in ASCA, AHBA and AKC.Austin is a quiet and confident worker. He possesses natural talent, is biddable and can take corrections. Austin has a very good work ethic. This boy has a lot of heart and is not the kind of dog that gives up when the going gets tough. Austin especially enjoys doing farm chores as needed at our trainer's facility. Please check back with us... I hope to have video clips of Austin working sheep soon!
