11) Where will your puppy live most of the time ?

12) Do you have a fenced in yard when the puppy is outside ? If so please discribe.

13) How much time will you be able to spend with your puppy each day ?

14) Are you able and willing to provide obedience training for your new puppy ?

15) Are you willing to provide any and all proper vet and nutritional care ?

16) Please discribe what your idea of proper nutrition is for your new puppy?

17) Are you willing to spay or neuter your dane before the age of 8 months old and send proof of such back to the breeder ?

18) If you agree to own a Rhoden's Great Dane puppy do you realize that this puppy will be on a contract agreement and that the contract will require that if the origional buyer of this Rhoden's Great Dane (RHGD) puppy can no longer be kept for what ever reason this puppy MUST be returned to RHGD at no cost to RHGD ?                        Do you have a problem with this clause in our contract ? (If the answer is yes to this question, their is no need to send us this application! We do not place our puppies in homes that do not agree with this!)

Questions 19 thru 28 are for Breeding homes only (only fill out if looking for a breeding prospect).

19) If you are purchasing a show/breeding prospect are you willing to breed with in the color code for harlequins and mantles ?

20) Are you willing to not breed your female before the age of 2 years old ?

21) Are you willing not to breed your male before the age of 1 year ?

22) Are you willing to show your puppy ?

23) Also, how many dogs do you plan on getting for your breeding program ?

24) What are your intentions for a dog who has retired from breeding ?

25) Are you willing to limit reg of offspring ?

26) And not sell to pet shops or brokers ?

27) Please tell us your goal for breeding and what you plan to accomplish and your reasons why you think you would make a reputable breeder (IN DETAIL);
