Job Description

Large National Corporation is looking for self-motivated, goal orientated individuals with advanced Office Management skills in addition to Customer Service skills. This is a great PT or FT telecommute opportunity for candidates with superb customer service and office skills. You will perform general administrative and clerical duties. Ideal candidate should possess excellent phone etiquette and business corresponding skills. Must have home office space. Must be available to work at least 10-20 hours per week minimum to a full 40 hour work week. Should have access to a telephone, PC and internet access from your home office. Overtime hours are available.

Qualifications

Must have a professional demeanor.
Professional Voice & Phone Etiquette Skills.
Follow-up skills and attention to detail required.
Solid time and calendar management skills.
Sound judgment dealing with confidential information.
Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
Ability to function in fast paced environment.
Ability to prioritize workload to meet critical deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities:


Perform various administrative duties by helping claimants process forms and through data entry.
May assist in projects of a small to moderate nature and scope.
Anticipate needs and set priorities to handle changing environments.
