We believe that man was created by God in His own image and is the crowning work of God's creation. Man was created innocent and with a free will.
We believe that salvation has been provided by God through Jesus Christ and that man can receive this salvation by repentance from sin and confession of faith in Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Savior.
We believe that the church is composed of believers in Jesus Christ who have been saved and baptized by immersion. There are two symbolic ordinances of the church: the Lord's Supper and baptism.
We believe in voluntary association with sister churches in the Holston Valley Baptist Association, the Tennessee Baptist Convention, and the Southern Baptist Convention.
