It was a real thrill to see Quassa's partbred gelding Impulse Groove competing at the New Zealand Arab Horse Breeders Society National Championship Show in February. His owner Lisa McMurray had "Ash" looking splendid and beautifully trained.
For her efforts, she and Impulse Groove took home the NZ Nat Derivative Arabian Gelding not exceeding 148 cm.Championship as well as taking second place in a strong line up for Quality Head for Derivative Arabians 3 years and over.

Zion
Congratulations to Alex Lothian for finishing in eleventh place on Zion (Quassa x Zhola) in the New Zealand National Endurance Championships held at Kurow, North Otago, this Easter.
Alex and Zion were competing in the 100km Open division and put in a sterling effort to finish where they did over a track that was rocky in places.

Our big news is that Zhola (Arabesques Crystal Flame imp Aust x Zest) has foaled another beautifull filly by Quassa.
This filly is proudly owned by Blue El Arabians located at Fairlie, South Canterbury.
