My Personal Testimony - July 27, 2007
VitaMark has worked a miracle through my own personal will in my life! Over the years of stress induced and complicated matters of the spirit; The short version, Evil Lurks and it was running amuck, amuck, everywhere. Those many things to a toll upon my physical and mental being. It darn near ate me alive!
I was overweight but you could not tell because I wore it well; I am tall. But when I looked in the mirror I saw a monster. My ideal and natural weight is 126lbs. Now that's what I wear well.
I was encased in someone else's body and it looked like it. At the doctors office when they weighed me I was on the average for a year or more, 168lbs but it felt like 200lbs or more.
On Mothers day of 2007 I said enough is enough. I went on a fast to begin cleansing body and spirit. My fast consisted of No Food until the body needs it and it will say feed me!
My average was in the beginning straight 2weeks No Food Fluids only. That went for a Month and half straight. In May my system was clean. I began short snacks only no full meals.
Potatoe Chips (Onion & Garlic), Cheetos, Pickles, Hot Sausage, Oatmeal Snack, and Donuts. No some Doctors tht don't no any better will say, Junk Food! Yes in the proverbial sense.
Commercials have not began teaching us that the snacks we eat are not entirely junk! It takes some real potatoes, oatmeal, cucumbers, bread, cheese, and meat to make the snacks I consumed. I was choicy.
My regiment continued for 1 month from May to June. On June 8th I joined Vitamark. A dear friend and savior aided my mission and I will be forever grateful; it was life or death for me. I began my regiment of Vitamin Supplements.

During my most stressed times, I could not even use the bathroom, if you know what I mean. Sometimes I needed the aide of laxative and it became regular.
I bought a scale today and weighed in at a beautiful 149lbs.
Before I began my spiritual cleansing I heard a voice say "Joan" please eat. I said "No." The reason I said No was because the stress factor had already reached my metabolism. And my metabolism is off the richter scale. I had to go all the way back
and start over again. This is what I mean by a thorough cleansing. And let me tell you all the body will fight back. I've been one Tin Soldier either way. And it has been a terrific battle.
My thoughts are clearer, I am not bumping into myself in the middle of the night. I am hydrating fluidly. My skin is stronger and heals extremely fast.
And here is the best part; in 2002 I had surgery on my right knee and ever since the fatal limb trauma, I have not been able to gain full rotation. Which means I have a slight limp.
I am walking upright. You would have to know me and pay close attention to see my stature. My nerve endings are now awakening. I felt pain in my right Knee just yesterday. I mean people the dead have arisen, OUCH!
It really hurts. I picked up my prescription of Celebrex today and got a head start.
It is so funny, I bought new clothes in 2006 for my larger structure and now they do not fit. I was standing at the Chinese food Diner and I looked down and I saw the most wonderful site. My jeans were about to sag right off of my new structure.

Update - August 4, 2007
Glory! I weighed in at 127lbs today and I am well on my way in my birth metabolism. Count the days if you think I am joshing.
Now my next major task is make room for the muscle. I am going all the way. Dropping to 116lbs and build the muscle. I am using L-Carnitine Thermo Burner along with my vitamin regiment. The Thermo - Burner ensures a proper establishment is building.
Did I forget to tell you all about my skin and nails. My skin is in a better position than before. Prior to my introduction for a once in an occasion of skin problems, I was having severe repeat outbreaks. LIMU Plus has subdued and contained. The containment is scary. My skin is so taught that the last pimple is fighting back.
And it gets better, I painted my nails a few days ago. I used this vibrant dark shade of Hot Pink and I nail decorated the left hand with colors of mardi gras and the right hand plain.
I was under flourescent lighting and noticed a beautiful site. My nail matrix is so healthy that under my fingernail polish it looks like I have a French Manicure. You can actually see the separation of the epochonium and the hypochonium, (Nail Bed and Fingernail) under fingernail polish. It's incredible!
I am working on a bone spur on my right foot. I will let you guys know all about it later. So far so good though. Only 2 applications of callous remover verses everyday applications and retarded process. It is getting smoother by the day.
Oh yes, I forgot about my spurt of hair growth. It really happened, it was like it grew over night. But I really did not notice until late because I naturally have rapidly growing hair and an institution of hair growth essentials that I use regularly. But what happend was I braided my hair and the braids have already grown off and it was barely a month.
