Dangers                                                                                                                                                         Many Diet Pills have dangerous side effects...so before trying diet pills make sure to visit there website and check them out, so you are aware of what could happen to you.                                         

Habit                                                                                                                                                            Some diet pills, especially the stimulant-based diet pills, are habit-forming and lend themselves to abuse. Abuse of these drugs may lead to psychological and/or physical dependence. Check with your physician before taking any diet pill to find out if they are habit-forming and what signs you should look out for to alert you to this problem.

Metabolism disruption                                                                                                                              Most diet pills suppress the appetite, which causes you to consume fewer calories. On the surface, this seems like the ultimate solution for losing weight. However, as you reduce your caloric intake, your metabolism also slows down. As your metabolism slows, the amount of weight you lose also slows down.

 

Stacker 2 is a diet pill and herbal supplement with a strong dose of ephedrine. Stacker 3 is a strong combination of chitosan and ephedrine. Most people I have talked to liked stackers. Stacker 3 can be addictive..lol but what meds can't. My friend also lost a lot of weight on these.
Xenadrine is a brand name for a diet pill and supplement which contains the stimulant ephedrine. These are personally my favorite. They give you lots of enery and helps your hunger.
Metabolife is a brand name for ephedrine. It is the active ingredient in many diet pills and supplements. These are alright pills many people that I know have taken these at some point of there life.
Apple Cider Vinegar Pills they do not help you at losing weight!
Hydroxy Cut are diet pills that contain ephedrine, caffeine and chromium picolinate. People claim that the control hunger and help loose weight..have not tried these yet.
Anorex is very expensive and I have seen reviews that they work really good, but if anyone has info on these let me know...thanks!                                                                                                                             Diet Fuel These are really good for energy, I felt the same taking these as I do when I take Xenadrine.

Dexatrim I personally never like these they never did anything for me.

If anyone has other that you would like added let me know...also if you have a good personal experience with these pills let me know so I can post it!                                        

   Weight Lose Patchs.  These 'weight loss' patches are affixed to a part of the body (e.g. the arm) which then absorbs the contents over (e.g.) 24 hours. This may continue for several weeks. Single Food Diets

4 oz Purified water
4 oz Pineapple
4 oz Apple Juice Concentrate (unsweetened)
4 oz Orange Juice Concentrate (unsweetened)
4 oz Grape Juice Concentrate (unsweetened)
4 oz Apricot Puree (make your own or use baby food)
4 oz Peach Puree (same as above)
4 oz Banana Puree (same as above)


Blend well. Mix 4 oz of the juice with 4 oz of bottled water, sip over next four hours. Repeat this three more times during the rest of the day. Repeat process for day 2. Important: Do not eat food, alcohol, caffeine, or tobacco while on this diet. Drink 8 (8 oz) glasses of water each day. Shake well before use, refrigerate after making.

The Cabbage Soup Diet

Recipe:
The cabbage soup can be eaten at any time you feel hungry during the day, and you can eat as much as you wish as often as you like.
Ingredients:
6 Large Green Onions 2 Green Peppers 1-2 Cans Diced Tomatoes 1 Bunch Celery 1 Package Lipton Onion Soup Mix 1-2 Cubes of Buillion (if desired) 1 head cabbage

Cut vegetables into small pieces and cover with water. (V-8 juice and water can be used). Boil fast for 10 minutes. Reduce to simmer and continue cooking until vegetables are tender. Season to taste with salt, pepper,parsley, etc. EAT AS MUCH AS YOU WANT WHENEVER YOU WANT ANY TIME OF THE DAY.

Diet Plan:

Day One: Fruit: Eat all of the fruit you want (EXCEPT BANANAS). Eat only your soup and the fruit for the first day. For drinks- unsweetened teas, cranberry juice and water.
Day Two: Vegetables: Eat until you are stuffed will all fresh, raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. Try to eat leafy green vegetables and stay away from dry beans, peas and corn. Eat all the vegetables you want along with your soup. At dinner, reward yourself with a big baked potato with butter. Do not eat fruit today.
Day Three: Mix Days One and Two: Eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables you want. NO BAKED POTATO.
Day Four: Bananas and Skim Milk: Eat as many as eight bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you would like on this day, along with your soup. This day is supposed to lessen your desire for sweets.
Day Five: Beef And Tomatos: Ten to twenty ounces of beef and up to six fresh tomtoes. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water this day to wash the uric acid from your body. Eat your soup at least once this day. You may eat broiled or baked chicken instead of beef (but absolutely no skin-on chicken). If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish for the beef one one of the beef days (but not both).
Day Six: Beef and Vegetables. Eat to your heart's content of beef and vegetables this day. You can even have 2 or 3 steaks if you like, with leafy green vegetables. NO BAKED POTATO. Eat your soup at least once.
Day Seven: Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables: Again STUFF, STUFF, STUFF yourself. Be sure to eat your soup at least once this day. That's it. Good luck. We would love to see this diet work for you, help you lose weight, and give you a more positive self image.
