TFCDC will not be held liable for any actions performed by you (user) or the
actions of any programs that (user’s) join for the purpose of making money
or earning points for reading email advertising and or clicking ads on the
programs website. There is no guarantee expressed or otherwise implied
that (users) will directly or indirectly earn any money and/or points from
any and/or all programs joined by (users). Although the intent of
membership into this free to join club is to earn money and/or points
for yourself and your sponsors it is a requirement by admission that
you check and click all emails and ads a minimum of 3 times daily.
Honesty is a virtue as is patience and the lack of either will get you
banned from the club, you may continue if you so desire to remain in
your sponsors down line, however you will not be entitled to the same
privileges as membership. Any member found cheating by any means
and removed from a sponsors program will result in (user) being banned
from the club. We are notin a position to condone any of the programs
listed in the club forum at this time, however as we join and test these
programs those that prove to be genuine and honestpaying programs
will be certified by the club and we will then offer a certification
logo to said programs webmaster to show our appreciation for their
honesty and integrity. Membership into the club and forum is by
accepted registration only although the forum admins may allow
members to invite a guest to the forum though some areas of the
forum may be restricted from visitors to prevent certain
information from getting into the mainstream, so some areas that
are password protected will be accessible only after obtaining the
password from an admin.Any member found giving or having given
any form of false information during registration will be removed
and banned from participating in club activities. IP addresses for
each member will be recorded but no information will ever be sold,
rented or given away to anyone ever, unless a request by the member
is filed with the admins. Sponsors are required to communicate with
members in their down lines, any sponsor that denies their down line
will be penalized by a one week suspension of forum privileges resulting
in your down line not being required to click as set forth in the TOS.
The club is designed to operate as a team so we must all work
together to maximize our earnings, upgrading is voluntary, but
recommended for maximum earnings, no member will be forced
or bullied into upgrading, any member found to use such tactics
will be banned for life and their down line will be encouraged to drop
out of said sponsors programs. Any and all tactics used by members
of the club so long as they don’t interfere with ones ability to perform
and are not considered a means of cheating by any program will be
allowed, such tactics should be submitted to each program via their
contact or trouble ticket provided by each program.Anyone found
using this club in a manner not consistent with its intent will be
banned for life. All members are encouraged to build a website
as this was part of the agreement when you joined the club.
It doesn’t have to be very elaborate and I will help in any way I
can if you have never done anything like this before, you can choose
from any of the free website building programs that are available or
you can use the same program I am using. I have used several of them
in the past, but the one I am using now has proven to be the easiest
I’ve used thus far. You can then put the club logo on your page to
help promote the club and help build everyone’s down line even
bigger. Your site must not contain or promote any form of porn
or any illegal substances such as drugs, tobacco or alcohol. Not
that I care if you use any of the afore mentioned items, but we
must not present ourselves in any manner that would seem
unprofessional to our visitors and/or prospects, we will practice
the don’t ask, don’t tell scenario in respect of everyone’s right to
privacy. Anyone found with this type of content on their sites
will be banned, and you can bank on the fact that your site will
be randomly checked. In all fairness to other members we ask that
you do not promote your referral Id’s and/or URL’s on your site
as it would distort the entire purpose of the club, in an effort to grow
each members down lines we ask that you refer all prospects to the
club so they can join each members programs in the same manner
as you joined and they will also have the same opportunities to
build a profitibable down line via the entire clubmembership.We ask
that you post any gripes or complaints in the forum area provided
solely for this purpose. If you have other interest or concerns that
you want to promote, we will provide a section in the forum for this
also, so do not spam or promote anywhere else in the forum or
other members email boxes, this will also get you banned.
Anything posted in the forum becomes the property of the club,
so if you want to keep it to yourself, don’t post it, as the edit and
delete posts functions will be used by the admins only and will be
disabled.Privacy is always an issue on the internet, we ask that all
members us a firewall and a antivirus program of their own choice
and that you don’t post your home address, social security number,
phone numbers or credit card information in your forum profile or
anywhere else in the club forum, with the exception of your true
name and location (State only). As required for club registration,
any information collected by the club will never be sold, rented
or given to any 2nd or 3rd parties ever. Any club members caught
spamming or giving another membersinformation to anyone
outside of the club will be banned, no exceptions and no
recourse will be provided.The admins of this forum may add
or adjust any and all information provided in these T.O.S. and
Privacy Policy at anytime, without prior notice, although we
will post any changes in the forum and you will be notified in
the forum of any such action, we will not send e-mail to everyone
so you will be responsible for checking the T.O.S. & P.P. at your
own discretion.
