Scriptures Against Those Who Seek to Pray Against You
(Ps. 1:1-6) Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the path of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in His law he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither. And whatever he does shall prosper. (Ps. 3:3) …You, O Lord, are a shield for me. My glory and the One who lifts up my head. (Ps.7:9-10) Oh, let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end but establish the just. For the righteous God tests the hearts and minds. My defense is of God who saves the upright in heart. (Ps.10:14-15) But you have seen for You observe trouble and grief, to repay it by Your hand. The helpless commits himself to You. You are the helper of the fatherless. Break the arm of the wicked and evil man; Seek out his wickedness until You find none. (Ps. 11:3-7) The Lord is in His holy temple. The Lord’s throne is in heaven; His eyes behold. His eyelids test sons of men. The Lord tests the righteous, but the wicked and the one who loves violence His soul hates. Upon the wicked He will rain coals; fire and brimstone and a burning wind shall be the portion of their cup. For the Lord is righteous. He loves righteousness; his countenance beholds the upright. (Ps 18.18:28-32) For You will light my lamp; the Lord my God will enlighten my darkness. For by You I can run against a troop. By my God I can leap over a wall. As for God, His way is perfect; the Word of the Lord is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him. For who is God, except the Lord? And who is a rock, except our God? It is God who arms with strength, and makes my way perfect. (Ps. 18:47-48) It is God who avenges me, and subdues the people under me; He delivers me from my enemies. You also lift me up above those who rise up against me; You have delivered me from the violent man. (Ps. 37:1-24) "Don't be worried on account of the wicked; don't be jealous of those who do wrong. They will soon disappear like grass that dries up; they will die like the plants that wither. Trust in the Lord and do good; live in the land and be safe. Seek your happiness in the Lord, and He will give you your heart's desire. Give yourself to the Lord; trust in Him and He will help you; he will make your righteousness shine like the noonday sun. Give yourself to the Lord; trust in Him, and He will help you; He will make your righteousness shine like the noonday sun. Be patient and wait for the Lord to act; don't be worried about those who prosper Or those who succeed in their evil plans. Don't give in to worry or anger; it only leads to trouble. Those who trust in the Lord will possess the land, but the wicked will be driven out. Soon the wicked will disappear; you may look for them, but you won't find them; but the humble will possess the land and enjoy prosperity and peace. The wicked man plots against the good man and glares at him with hate. But the Lord laughs at wicked men, because he knows they will soon be destroyed. The wicked draw their swords and bend their bows to kill the poor and needy, to slaughter those who do what is right; but they will be killed by their own swords, and their bows will be smashed. The little that a good man owns is worth more than the wealth of all the wicked, because the Lord will take away the strength of the wicked, but protect those who are good.
The Lord takes care of those who obey him, and the land will be theirs forever. They will not suffer when time of famine, but the wicked will die; the enemies of the Lord will vanish like wild flowers; they will disappear like smoke. The wicked man borrows and never pays back, but the good man is generous with his gifts. Those who are blessed by the Lord will possess the land, but those who are cursed by Him
will be driven out. The Lord guides a man in the way he should go and protects those who please Him. If they fall, they will not stay down, because the Lord will help them up. ...Turn away from evil and do good, and your descendants will always live in the land; for the Lord loves what is right and does not abandon his faithful people. He protects them forever, but the descendants of the Lord will be driven out. The righteous will possess the land and live in it forever. A good man's words are wise, and he is always fair. He keeps the law of his God in his heart and never departs from it. A wicked man watches a good man and tries to kill him;
but the Lord will not abandon him to his enemy's power or let him be condemned when he is on trial. Put your hope in the Lord and obey his commands; he will honor you by giving you the land and you will see the wicked driven out. .....The Lord saves righteous men and protects them in times of trouble. He helps them and rescues them; he saves them from the wicked, because they go to him for protection. (Ps.56:10) Whenever I am afraid, I will trust in You. In God I will praise His word. In God I have put my trust; I will not fear. What can flesh do to me? All day they twist my words; all their thoughts are against me for evil. The gather together, they hide, the mark my steps. When they lie in wait for my life shall they escape by iniquity? In anger, cast down the peoples, O God! You number my wanderings; put my tears into Your bottle; are they not in Your book? When I cry out to You, then my enemies will turn back; This I know, because God is for me, in God I will praise His word. In the Lord I will praise His word. In God I have put my trust, I will not be afraid. What can man do to me? (Ps. 59:1,2,10) Deliver me from my enemies, O my God. Defend me from those who rise up against me. Deliver me from the workers of iniquity, and save me from bloodthirsty men. My God of mercy shall come to meet me. God shall let me see my desire on my enemies. (Ps. 64:2-10) Hide me form the secret plots of the wicked, from the rebellion of the workers of iniquity. Who sharpen their tongues[ like a sword, and bend their bows to shoot their arrows – bitter words, that they may shoot in secret of the blameless. Suddenly they shoot at him and do not fear. They encourage themselves in an evil matter; the talk of laying snares secretly. They say, “who will see the?” They devise iniquities; we have perfected a shrewd scheme. Both the inward thought and the heart of man are deep. But God shall shoot at them with an arrow. Suddenly they shall be wounded. So He will make them stumble over their own tongue; all who see them shall flee away. All men shall fear and shall the declare the work of God, for they shall wisely consider His doing. (Ps 71:4-5) Deliver me, O my God, out of the hand of the wicked, out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man. For You are my hope, O Lord God; You are my trust from my youth, by You I have been upheld from birth; You are He who took me out of my mother’s womb, my praise shall continually of You. O God, do not be far from me, O my God, make haste to help me! Let them be confounded and consumed who are adversaries of my life. Let them be covered with reproach and dishonor who seek my hurt. But I will hope continually, and will praise You yet more and more.
(Psalms 91) ----------- (Ps. 121:1-8) I will lift up my eyes to the hills – from whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. He will not allow your foot to be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber nor sleep. The Lord is your keeper; the Lord is your shade at your right hand, the sun shall not strike you by day nor the moon by night. The Lord shall preserve you from all evil. He shall preserve your sould. The Lord shall preserve your going out and your coming in, from this time forth and even forevermore. (Ps.140:1-13) Deliver me from evil me; preserve me form the violent men who plan evil things in their hearts; they continually gather together for war. They sharpen their tongues like a serpent; the poison of asps is under their lips. Keep me, O Lord, from the hands of the wicked; preserve me from the violent men, who have purposed to make my steps stumble. The proud have hidden a snare for me, and cords they have spread a net by the wayside; they have set traps for me. I said to the Lord; “You are my God; Hear the voice of my supplications, O Lord. O God, the Lord, the strength of my salvation. You have covered my head in the day of battle. Do not grant, O Lord, the desires of the wicked. Do not further his wicked scheme, lest they be exalted. As for the head of those surround me, let the evil of their lips cover them. Let burning coals fall up them; Let them be cast into the fire, into deep pits, that they rise not up again. Let not a slanderer be established in the earth; Let the evil hunt the violent man to overthrow him. I know that the Lord will maintain the cause of the afflicted, and justice for the poor. Surely the righteous shall give thanks to Your name; the upright shall dwell in Your presence. (Ps.141:6,9-10) For still my prayer is against the deeds of the wicked. Their judges are overthrown by the sides of the cliff. And they hear my words, for they are sweet. Keep me from the snares they have laid for me, and from the traps of the workers of iniquity. Let the wicked fall into their own nets, while I escape safely. The Lord is righteous in all His ways, gracious in all His works. The Lord is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth. He will fulfill the desire of those of fear Him; He also will hear their cry and save them. The Lord preserves all who love Him. But all the wicked He will destroy. My mouth shall speak the praise of the Lord, and all flesh shall bless His holy name, forever and ever. (Psalms 23)
May the Lord bless the reading of His word. AMEN

(Ps. 91:1-12) He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, "You are my refuge and my forthress; my God, in You I will trust." Surely You shall deliver me from the snare of the fowler and from the perilous pestilence You shall cover me with Your feathers, and under Your wings I shall take refuge; Your truth shall be my shield and my buckler. I shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor the destruction that lays waste at noonday. A thousand may fall at my side, ten thousand at my right hand, but it shall not come near me. Only with my eyes shall I look, and see the reward of the wicked. Because I have made the Lord, who is my refuge, even the Most High, my dwelling place, no evil shall befall me, nor shall any plague come near my dwelling; for You shall give your angels charge over me, to keep me in all my ways. In their hands they shall bear me up.

(1 John 5:14-15) Now this is the confidence that I have in You, O Lord, that if I ask anything according to Your will, You hear me. And if I know that You hear me, whatever I ask, I know that I have the petitions that I have asked of You. (1 Thess.5:16-18) I rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks, for this is Your will for me. (Heb.13:5) I know that You will never leave me nor forsake me, and that (Matt.28:17) You will be with me even to the end of the age.
(Mark 16:17-18) And these sign will follow those who believe: in My name they will cast out demons; they shall speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and it they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover. (Ps.23) The Lord is mhy shepard I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures; He lead me beside the still waters, He restores my soul; He leads me in the path of righteousness for His namesake. Yeah though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil. For Thou art with me. Thy rod and Thy staff, they comfort me. Thou preparest a table for me in the presence of my enemies, Thou anointest my head with oil, my cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever. AMEN!

ARMING YOURSELF FOR BATTLE WITH THE FORCES OF EVIL
(Eph. 6:11-18) I am strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. I put on the whole armor of God that I may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore I take up the whole armor of God, that I may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand, therefore, having girded my waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod my feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace, above all, taking the shield of faith with which I will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints. (Job 1:10) You, O Lord, have made a hedge around me, around my household and around all that I have on every side. (Ps. 34:7) The angel of the Lord encamps around all those who fear Him and delivers them. (Zech. 2:5) The Lord will be a wall of fire around me. (Gen. 15:1) Do not be afraid, I am your shield.
(Ps. 3:3) You, O Lord, are a shield for me, my glory and the One who lifts up my head. (Isaiah 54:17) No weapon formed against me shall prosper and every tongue which rises against me in judgement I shall condemn. (Ps. 3:25-26) I will not be afraid of sudden terror, nor of trouble when it comes; for the Lord will be my confidence and will keep my foot from being caught. (Ps. 34:19) Many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivers me out of them all. (Ps. 50:15) Call up on You, O Lord, in the day of trouble; you will deliver me, and I shall glorify You. (Ps. 55:22) Cast my burden on you, Lord, and You will sustain me; You shall never permit the righteous to be moved. (2 Tim. 4:18) ?you, Lord, will deliver me from every evil work and preserve me for Your heavenly kingdom. (2 Kings 6:16) ?Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them. (1 John 4:4) Greater is He that is in me than he who is in the world. (Phil. 4:13) I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. (Matt. 18:18) ?whatever you bound on earth will be bound in heaven and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.
Therefore, Satan, in the name of Jesus, I bind you and demonic forces, right now. I bind the spirits of retribution, revenge and retaliation. And I loose you from your assignment against me, my finances, my career, my family, and all of those close to me. In the name of Jesus, I put a hedge of protection around all those just named and command the angels to encamp around all of us and all of our affairs every hour of the day and night.
(Luke 10:19) Behold, you have given me authority to trample over?.all the power of the enemy and nothing shall by any means hurt me. (Num. 6:24) The Lord blesses me and keeps me. The Lord makes His face to shine upon Me, and be gracious to me; the Lord lifts up His countenance upon me, and gives me peace.

(Colossians 3:1-10) "If then you were raised with Christ, seek those
things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God.
Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. For you died,
and your life is hidden with Christ in God.
When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with Him in
glory. Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth;
fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil, desire, and covetousness, which is
idolatry.
Because of these things the wrath of God is coming upon the sons of
disobedience,in which you yourselves once walked when you lived in them.
But now you yourselves are to put off all these: anger, wrath, malice,
blasphemy, filthy language out of your mouth.
Do not lie to one another, since you have put off the old man with his deeds,
and have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge, according
to the image of Him who created him, where there is neither Greek or Jew,
circumcised nor uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave nor free,
but Christ all in all."
May the Lord bless the reading of His Word.

1 Corinthians
(1 Corinthians 13:1-13) "If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing. Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.
But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears.
When I was a child, I talked like a child. I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me. Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love."
(1 Corinthians 7:3) "The husband should fulfill his marital duty to his wife, and likewise the wife to her husband."
Ephesians
(Ephesians 5:21-33) "Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ. Wives, submit to your husbands as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior. Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.
Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word, and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless. In this same way, husbands ought to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. After all, no one ever hated his own body, but he feeds and cares for it, just as Christ does the church-- for we are members of his body.
"For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh. This is a profound mystery--but I am talking about Christ and the church. However, each one of you also must love his wife as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband."
Colossians
(Colossians 3:18-19) "Wives, submit to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord. Husbands, love your wives and do not be harsh with them."
Hebrews
(Hebrews 13:4) Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral.
1 Peter
(1 Peter 3:7) "Husbands, in the same way be considerate as you live with your wives, and treat them with respect as the weaker partner and as heirs with you of the gracious gift of life, so that nothing will hinder your prayers."
