Jahna is the reigning MS. CALIFORNIA CLASSIC BEAUTY and MRS. AFRICAN AMERICAN UNITED NATIONAL EMBASSADOR and the former MRS. VOLUNTEER AMERICA 2004-2005. Past titles include MS. CALIFORNIA AMERICAN STATES and MRS. AFRICAN AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL. Jahna has an extensive backbround in Public Relations and was freelance entertainment journalist for ten years. In the mid-1990's, Jahna co-hosted and co-produced a daily interactive talk show, "Talkin Back Live", on the national cable radio station KCRN. She will soon be returning to the cable station as commentator of CANDID COMMENTS, newly named The Way I See It, a bi-weekly opinion segment about current events and social issues. She is also a sales Director for Petra Fashions, a 22-year-old direct sales company, which sells designer lingerie and loungewear for women and men though party plan.
