This is to inform you that as an heir of Queen Liliuokalani through the same ancestors, heir of her brother King Kalakaua who had two documented children name Kamaka (female) and Kaopu (male) because Kamaka married my great grandfather (maternal) named Charles Kauweloa aka's and Kaopu/ Kaopumomona legally adopted my grandmother Elizabeth Kaimiola Kaluakini (paternal), I maintain that FRAUD, DECEIT, CONSPIRACIES have been documented and MAINTAIN OPPOSITION(S) to the AKAKA BILL which is before Congress.

My paternal grandmother Elizabeth Kaimiola Kaluakini was also a sister (hanai) of Queen Kapiolani who was the wife of King Kalakaua. Her father was a multiple descendant of Kamehameha.

My maternal grandmother Mary Manoalani Kauweloa was also a multiple descendant of Kamehameha.

According to the Probate of Victoria Kamamalu, half sister and stepsister of several of my ancestors, the testimonies certified show that Royal Person(s) ARE NOT SUBJECT TO THE LAW(s) and not in your jurisdiction. As recorded in the past, Jurisdiction IS NOT granted to the U.S. in Hawaii, Courts, etc.

My paternal great great grandfather was married to one of Kamehameha II's/Liholiho's wives whose name was Pali. Great great grandfather, Antonio da Silveira aka's did question the jurisdiction in a documented court case on file at the First Circuit Court, Honolulu, Hawaii.

the "wanna be king" position, also known as the United States President, had been a limited power due to Congressional rights. But over time, especially since the backing of the Americans in Hawaii who wrongfully dethroned Queen Liliuokalani of the Kingdom of Hawaii, the power of the President's position increased over time.

Hawaii's Queen was called a N I G G E R by Congress, the media (the political cartoons (see: http://library.kcc.hawaii.edu/~soma/cartoons )of the day shows the racist labels) and many others. Remember, it was Queen Liliuokalani who maintained that the United States BREACHED the Law of Nations. It was Morgan who claimed that Queen Liliuokalani had a barbaric background and promoted the President's position.

The Morgan bankers are the same that takes care of Great Britains funds, along with the United States. Queen Liliuokalani claimed that she NEVER GOT PAID A CENT for rents, leases due.

There was an attorney by the name of Kennedy who wrote to Hawaii's Queen Liliuokalani and suggested that he could be of assistance to her.(Reference: Archives, Liliuokalani Collection, Honolulu, Hawaii) She declined, released all of the other attorneys. By doing so, and by removing herself from the Court of the U.S. she resumed her Sovereign position and was not subject to their laws. Hawaii's Queen died in 1917.

Comes the F.B.I. one of the suspected agencies involving the assasinations of:

1) Martin Luther King

2) President John F. Kennedy

3) Robert Kennedy (influential brother of President)

The F.B.I. has a 45 year time limitation, a history that they maintain. So, Queen Liliuokalani died in 1917

The U.S. and others began the League of Nations, U.S. and Great Britain formed the C.F.R. with the Morgan banks etals and began the United Nations.

1947 - Beginning of Civil Rights movement. 1962 - the fear of the Civil Rights activists, Martin Luther King power over the blacks caused uneasiness in government. It was feared that the blacks would form a separate nation. King was claimed to have some connections to the much feared "Communist party(ies)".

Important note: Hawaii's Queen and subjects were considered the same as Martin Luther King's people....N I G G E R S...

President John F. Kennedy had met in Hawaii for a U.S. Conference of Mayors, June 1963. According to his brother Robert, "I had been strongly in favor of him hitting that group and talking to the mayors. I think that they had spoken to me about coming earlier or something. In any case, I wanted him to talk to the mayors. Almost everbody at the White House was opposed to his going down to talk to the mayors.....Then we had those meetings at the White House. There were a lot of people who were opposed to having those meetings at the White House because it involved the President too much in civil rights."

1963 - President John F. Kennedy was assasinated six months later. While in Hawaii, the President announced that Hawaii's Mayor would no longer be appointed by the President and would instead be elected.

His brother Robert Kennedy was assasinated shortly thereafter.

Note: It is of significant interest that in the following statement, the word "damage/damaged/damaging" was used in a nervous manner....

Robert Kennedy: "I might say that this is also--what we discussed about Martin Luther King--the reason that President Kennedy and I, and the Department of Justice, were so reserved about him during this period of time, which I'm sure he felt...We never wanted to get very close to him just because of these contacts and connections that he had, which we felt were DAMAGING to the civil rights movement. And because we were so intimately involved in the struggle for civil rights, it also DAMAGED us. It DAMAGED what we were trying to do. There was more than one individual who was involved. That was what was of such concern to us. When we were sending the legislation up or when we were so involved in the struggles of Birmingham, Alabama, if it also came out what he was doing, not only would it DAMAGE him but it would also DAMAGE all of our efforts and DAMAGE any possible chance of the passage of legislation. Note: Sugar planters from Hawaii had moved to Texas to obtain large tracts of lands belonging to the Mexicans. There is a significant connection of Hawaii, Texas, and California where Robert Kennedy was killed. The Roman Catholic Church still owns part of California.
