How to Reserve a Lake Home - Three Easy Steps

Step 1: Complete the rental agreement form appropriate to the home you would like to rent. (Type right into the form online) 

Step 2: Digitally sign the agreement, save it to your desktop  (email the saved file as an attachment to: krehm2@verizon.net)

Step 3: Make a $500 deposit by clicking on the "View Rates / Make a Payment" link for the home you want to rent.

Reservations are made on a first come first serve basis..... We need to have both the rental agreement and the deposit to hold a reservation.  You will receive a confirmation email when both the deposit and rental agreement have been received.  Next you will receive an email about two weeks prior to your stay to remind you that the full rent is due at that time.  When the full rent is received you will be emailed all the information you need for a great stay at the home.  The deposit will be returned within 1 week of your stay in accordance with the rental agreement. 

Be Safe, Use:  A Self-Signed Digital ID

When you create a self-signed digital ID, the resulting file stores an encrypted private key used for signing or decrypting documents and a public key contained in a certificate, which is used for validating signatures and encrypting documents.  THIS IS DESIGNED TO PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.                                                     

There are two things that can happen when you click on the signature line in the rental agreement: 

1. If you have already have a digital ID, when you click in the signature line your ID form will come up and you just put in your password and click sign.
   
2. If you have not created a digital ID yet, when you click in the signature line a form will come up to create a new digital ID.  Don't be intimidated by the forms, just  select create a digital ID, then the program to use for the ID, then answer the questions you know and skip the one's that you don't know. When you are done click:  sign doccument.  Save the document to your desktop and the send it as an attachment to: krehm2@verizon.net
