A (copy) of this document will be sent to the said New Buyer please fill this out and return it to the Breeder at CMOHearn@aol.com

The New Buyer has purchased "Full Breeding and Showing Rights" according to

CMOHearn Dachshunds Inc. AKC Registered Dachshund.

The Buyer will get an "Certified Pedigree" with a whelping name if any. Pappy is sold as a "Purebred Miniature Dachshund" upon execution of this contract, the Breeder title and interest in the described__________________ puppy to the New Buyer (except for these terms listed here-in) CMOHearn Dachshunds Inc. has made every effort to provide the New Buyer with a "Healthy Puppy".

The Breeder guarantees that all "Vaccinations and Worming" are current. At this time this puppy is sold as *pet* quality or *Breeder* quality which the New Owner has full knowledge of the quality of the new puppy.

CMOHearn Dachshunds Inc. is not responsible for any additional immunization, treatments, health problems, which will be purchase by the New Owner within

48 hours after signing this contract by the Breeder and New Owner.

New Owners/Buyers Obligations

1. To confine a puppy when outdoors and refrain from restraining when on a chain or rope accept when under the direct supervision of the Owner when on a leash walking.

2. Proper Veterinary care is given immediately, including but not limited to injuries, illness, and annual checkups, keeping all according to "American Veterinary Medical Association" guidelines and kept on worming preventative as per veterinarian requests.

3. Feed the puppy a good (Quality Pet Food) Ask your veterinarian which puppy food is the best for Dachshunds everything they need for a healthy life, you can add cooked egg, cottage cheese to their food as a treat once and a wile.

The Breeder guarantees this puppy to be a purebred Dachshund with AKC registration. The Breeder guarantees this dog is in good health at the time of purchase.

The Breeder also guarantees the puppy has had appropriate vaccinations and de-worming appropriate to the puppy/ puppies age. This guarantee is not a long term/ genetic guarantee. This guarantee is good against life threatening diseases, not parasites. The Breeder does not guarantee the puppy that develops hypoglycemia or diarrhea due to stress or improper diet after the sale. The Breeder will only refund the deposit amount if the puppy is injured or dies in the care of the new owner with in "48 Hours ".

The deposit will not be refunded if the buyer changes his/her mind for any reason. After the balance and shipping (if applicable) is paid, the buyer has up until 1 week prior to shipping to receive a refund minus the deposit amount. If the buyer "backs out on the deal" for any reason within the last week before shipping or pickup, the breeder will only refund 1/2 of the total money paid on dog and shipping (if shipping was paid).

It is recommended that the Buyer have the dog examined within 48 hours of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all vet bills and other expenses while the pup/'s is in their possession. The Buyer may return said dog **at the buyers expense** to the Breeder within 48 hours with a written veterinarian explanation of defect. The puppy must be returned in the same condition it was in at the time of purchase. If the puppy dies within 48 hours after purchase, buyer must have an autopsy performed to prove cause of death was due to an illness contracted while in the breeder's possession.

It is then the Breeder's choice to refund the purchase price less $100 non-refundable deposit, or replace the puppy with a comparable puppy as one becomes available. Under no circumstances will vet fees or shipping be refunded. If a new puppy is issued to the buyer, the buyer will assume the new shipping cost as well. The Breeder makes no guarantee as to adult size, color, conformation or breeding ability of the puppy. Any information given to you in these regards is simply the Breeder's educated guess/ opinion.

The Buyer agrees to pay in full for the puppy, and shipping if applicable, before pickup or shipping. The Buyer promises to maintain the dog at all times in good health with recommended vaccinations, heartworm prevention, and periodic veterinarian check-ups by doing all this we will guarantee the puppie/s (health for one year if paid for all Breeding and Showing Rights, and Agents Genetic Gene Problems if any.)
