CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

  No fee refunded in whole or part. If female fails to be (pregnancy) the owner must give notice no later than one week after Females date due to whelp.

 A RETURN SERVICE

Return service will be given to the same stud without charge, at the next heat (and only this heat) no refund of money will be refunded after two breedings. If there is no pregnancy, owner of Female is to pay all expenses and shipping (if any) charges both ways. Unless such notice is given, the right to a return service is forfeited.

If my STUD dies, sold, or not available, the owner of the female has the right to be mate with another Stud from the same Breeder.   

If changes of ownership of the Female before giving birth NO RETURN SERVICE will be GRANTED UNLESS HEREIN STIPULATED. Breeder Intl_______ Female Intl

In order as assure myself of the pregnancy condition of the bitch, the right to see and examine her is granted.

 It is specifically agreed hereby that the owner of the stud is not obligated to sign application for

Registration of this litter until the stud fee has been paid in full (or, in case of puppy fee, the stud owner has gotten possession of puppy or puppies as agreed).

Application for registration will not be signed by stud owner until after the birth of this litter and/or Inspected by stud owner (2) PUPPY born alive constitutes a litter and no return service will be granted unless herein stipulated.

The Female will be required to be Brucellosis Tested no more than two (2) weeks prior to breeding.

Results and proof of the test from a reputable Veterinarian is to be given to the Stud Owner. The female will be given a fecal exam no more than two (2) weeks prior to breeding.

Results and proof of negative results and proof of test from a reputable Veterinarian are to be given to the Stud Owner.

No shipping (female), boarding and/or veterinarian charges are at the expense

Of the owner of the Stud dog at any time of this contract.

IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:

We also will need a copy of your litter registration number when you apply for it.

It is further agreed between the stud owner an/or his agent and the owner/lessee of the Female that puppies produced from said mating will be sold exclusively by the owner/lessee of the female, and said sale of puppies will not be made to any owners, employee, agent, or individual connected with a pet shop, specialty shop, or wholesaler of purebred dogs. Wholesaler meaning any individual that buys puppies in litter lots for their own resale, trades puppies for articles, sells puppies by the litter, etc. In the event that the owner/lessee of the bitch does sell any puppy to the afore mentioned organizations or individuals, the stud owner or his agent shall take recourse through the courts for damage to his name and damage to the reputation of his stud dog in the amount of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00). I have read the foregoing contract and I agree to all parts and portions thereof and understand the stud contract entirely.
