The Ashland Area Emmaus Community was incorporated July 9, 1990.

Our mission is to inspire and equip local church members to be leaders within their individual congregations through the 72-hour experience known as the "Walk to Emmaus".

Our Community is made up of clergy and lay people from Eastern Kentucky, Southern Ohio and Western West Virginia.

Our community meets and has its Walks at First United Methodist Church at 1811 Carter Avenue in Ashland, Ky. Our monthly gatherings are held on the third Friday of each month. We begin with a pot luck dinner at 6:30 followed by a worship service at 7:30. Please come and join us!
